The Founder

That's me! 👋 Standing proudly next to our very first customer installation, probably wondering if I remembered to bring the right tools (I did, thankfully).

As Lavash's entire "team," I wear many hats: delivery driver, installation technician, customer service rep, marketing department, and occasional therapist to washing machines that refuse to cooperate.

My qualifications include an impressive ability to Google "how to install washing machine" under pressure, a genuine love for making laundry day less terrible for people, and the entrepreneurial spirit of someone who thought, "How hard could this be?"

Plot twist: My first install had a little hiccup—the machine got misaligned during my delivery and water ended up on my customer's floor instead of in the bucket. But here's the thing: I was back in 15 minutes, spent hours cleaning her floor myself, and fixed everything. She still gave me 5 stars because sometimes it's not about being perfect—it's about how you handle things when they go sideways. Now I know exactly how to deliver and align machines properly, so future customers benefit from that hard-learned lesson.
